A blog devoted to the cards I make in my tiny upstairs space. When my sister stays there, she calls it an "artist's garret". I'm not an artist, but am an enthusiastic cardmaker - hence the title "Cardmaker's Garret".

An Elephant Never Forgets

Seize the Birthday's challenge is "Creatures Great and Small".

 
I did this card with an elephant:


I stamped the elephant and sentiment, then coloured with coloured pencils and Gamsol. Trimmed the panel with a wonky stitched rectangle and popped it up on fun foam.

Given my aging memory, it's always good to have a few belated birthday cards on hand!

Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Paper - white cs
Size - A2
Accessories - coloured pencils, Gamsol, MFT Wonky Stitched Rectangle die, fun foam
