A blog devoted to the cards I make in my tiny upstairs space. When my sister stays there, she calls it an "artist's garret". I'm not an artist, but am an enthusiastic cardmaker - hence the title "Cardmaker's Garret".

Hanukkah and a Creature

Jingle Belles wants to see a Hanukkah card instead of a Christmas one.  Here's what I made:

I sprayed a piece of mixed media cs with blue spray for my background and added a silver glitter die cut and silver heat embossed sentiment.

I trimmed the panel with a stitched rectangle die and popped it up on fun foam.

And then over at Addicted to CAS, the challenge is "Creature".

A very CAS card for my sister who is a fellow dog lover:

A simple heat embossed image and sentiment on a deckle edged rectangle, popped up on fun foam.

I'll be back next time with some Christmas cards.  Thanks for stopping by.
