The Peace on Earth challenge has a great mood board if you're looking for some inspiration to use non-traditional colours. Here's the card I made:
I stamped the image on watercolour paper and coloured it with pearlescent watercolour paints trying to capture the blue and muted colour of the leaves and ornaments. I splattered with some watered down gold paint. I cut a thin frame out of my panel and discarded it, and then cut another out of a pale gold cs and inserted it into the gap. I popped it up on fun foam on a cream card base.
Here's the mood board that inspired me (see bottom left image):
There's lots more inspiration from the rest of our Design Team over at Peace on Earth. Please come and join us - you can either be inspired by the mood board or make an "anything Christmas" card.

Stamps - Jofy candle, unknown sentiment
