I did a wet smooshed background on tissue paper using Oxide inks. See Loll Thompson's video on tissue paper watercolouring for the technique.
I then trimmed it and glued it to cs. I stamped a delicate silhouette sprig on it, framed it, and popped it up on the cardbase with fun foam.
